In June 2022, Fiona’s daughter, Lucy, joined the team, enabling the establishment of a true laser clinic. Together, they believe in a one-machine, one-technician approach for optimal control and consistency. Lucy specialises in tattoo removal using the Q10 laser, while Fiona reigns supreme over the Primelase for hair removal treatments.

September 2022 marked a significant milestone with the opening of their dedicated clinic space in Ivybridge. The meticulously refurbished space reflects their commitment to providing a professional and comfortable environment for clients.

Driven by Results and Passion Both Fiona and Lucy are certified skincare specialists who share a passion for delivering exceptional outcomes.

They understand the emotional and physical toll of unwanted hair growth, especially for those with conditions like Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), ingrown hairs, and hormonal imbalances.

Their expertise extends to helping clients with Body Dysmorphia and those transitioning genders, offering a safe and supportive space for everyone.
